Meet Fahdi Ghazali

The Creator of Funnel Evo

In today’s spotlight, we feature Fahdi Ghazali, the founder of Funnel Evo, a digital marketing consultancy. He takes us on a journey from his scholarship with Petronas to the establishment of his thriving digital marketing consultancy.

In this exclusive interview, Fahdi shares a pivotal moment in his life when he faced an immense challenge. It was the day his father had a devastating accident right outside their home. This unforeseen tragedy compelled Fahdi to make a life-altering decision: to accept an engineering scholarship with Petronas, one of the world’s largest petroleum companies. Despite this unexpected turn of events, Fahdi’s determination to forge a successful entrepreneurial path remained unshaken.

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Fahdi encountered the common burdens that all entrepreneurs must confront: anxiety and depression. However, he discovered a unique solution that has since become an integral part of his Evolusi training for fellow entrepreneurs – Sadaqah and Istighfar.

One poignant episode from Fahdi’s journey unfolded just before his graduation day when he found himself in a dire financial situation. With a mere $65 MYR in his pocket and empty bank accounts, he felt a heavy sense of failure. He couldn’t afford a decent hotel for his mother, who had traveled to attend his graduation, nor could he treat his friends who had witnessed his entrepreneurial endeavors on Facebook. Overwhelmed by despair, Fahdi found himself in the mosque for Friday prayers.

During this pivotal moment, he sat at the front of the mosque, tears streaming down his face as he grappled with feelings of inadequacy. He believed he was a “loser” because he couldn’t provide for his family and friends. It was then that his teacher reminded him of the power of Sadaqah, the act of selfless giving. Moved by this reminder, Fahdi contributed $50 MYR to the mosque’s charity box.

As he left the mosque, a chance encounter with an elderly lady asking for Sadaqah presented itself. Despite the sinking feeling of giving away his last $10 MYR, he couldn’t ignore the opportunity to help someone in need. Little did Fahdi know that this act of generosity would set the stage for a remarkable turn of events on his graduation day when he made his first $10,000 MYR profit that same weekend!

Stay tuned for the continuation of Fahdi’s inspiring journey as he shares how his commitment to Sadaqah and Istighfar led to unexpected blessings and successes in his entrepreneurial pursuit.
